At what age do parents lose control of their kids?

Do you feel like you’ve lost control of your kids yet?
A new study shows parents begin to lose control of their children at the age of 13. Oh the beginning of those teeange years! After years of watching their every step, at around 13 parents are left wondering what their kids are eating, doing and who they are friends with. The study suggests keeping the lines of communication open at all times.

If your kids are 16, then they may seem further away with that fancy new driver’s license! Another study found that teenagers can drive well, as long as they are forced to listen to dental office music. Researchers found that 98% of teens commit more driving errors while listening to their favorite music. Teens drove best while listening to soft rock and light jazz…. but please, keep listening to The Beat too 🙂
