Welcome to the 54th Annual Elmira Maple Syrup Festival. Our attraction is the world’s largest one-day Maple Syrup Festival. Every year since 1965, Elmira has hosted this family fun event that attracts about 65,000 people. Our outdoor mall on Arthur St features 150 vendors selling crafts and foods.
