We are excited to announce the third annual WWFC Golf Tournament, which will be held Friday, September 20, 2019 at Rebel Creek Golf Club. This tournament is a fundraiser for student pilot scholarships. Training to be a pilot is very costly and many aviation students are not eligible for OSAP or other financial support. We are seeking support and sponsorship to help our students with offsetting the cost. We raised a total of $8,000 last year, which was then matched by the Board of Directors for a total of $16,000! Four awards will be presented at the annual Wings Banquet in April 2019 in the name of the LIFT Scholarship.
Join us! Gather a team or just play yourself. Have some fun and support a great cause. The tournament is open to men and women, avid golfers and beginners alike, as well as those who have an interest in the aviation industry.
