THIS FEBRUARY, FAMILY DAY 2019, is on Sunday February 17, 2019 from 10 am – 4 pm, located at the Waterloo Rod & Gun Club 1075 Bo-De Lane, St. Jacobs, ON, N0B 2N0.
SHOP, SAMPLE & TAKE a stand against BULLYING. This year FAMILY DAY 2019 is sponsoring the Pink T-Shirt campaign, in partnership with the Region, the Record and The Kitchener Rangers.
Admission is FREE, and there is something for everyone. Shop and visit with local exhibitors, meet incredible guest speakers and share your experiences with bullying.
The event begins at 10 am with an opening ceremony at 10:30 am with VIP’s from the city. Guest speakers from The Pink T-Shirt campaign, The Kitchener Rangers, WAYVE and the community. In addition, with a performance from Meyerhofer Academy of the Performing Arts.
Visit kids’ corner. Where kids can draw, color, play, and read. Be creative and have your face painted throughout the day with April. Try an outdoor activity with Tex from the Kitchener Rangers from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm. Enjoy Story time at 11:30 am and 2:30 pm. Followed by balloon creations from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm, with Kricket the Clown!
