Mother’s Day Tea Party and Silent Auction
Celebrate Mother’s Day with the Dragonflyers Breast Cancer Paddler Dragon Boat Team at our cozy tea party! Join us for an afternoon filled with delicious treats, soothing teas, entertainment, a silent auction, and great company. This event will be held at St. Anthony Daniel Church, 29 Midland Dr, the perfect setting for a lovely gathering. Treat your mom to a special day out or bring the whole family along to enjoy the festivities. Let’s raise our cups to all the amazing moms out there!
The Dragonflyers Breast Cancer Paddler Dragon Boat Team, established in 2014, is a group of 30 extraordinary women, ranging in age from 35 to 65+, who have all faced the same battle. We come together each week from May through September to train, compete, and support one another. Next summer, we have an incredible opportunity: we’re heading to Aix-les-Bains, France, to compete in the International Breast Cancer Paddler’s Commission Participatory Dragon Boat Festival in 2026! The Mother’s Day Tea Party is a fundraiser so that members of the team are able to attend the regatta in France.
