Uptown Waterloo presents: Treats in the Streets 2023

Come Trick or Treating on Saturday, October 28

From 1-4pm

Enjoy a fun Halloween experience while exploring Uptown businesses!

Come trick or treat with us! Participating locations will be handing out candy, and we’ll have live music and fun characters in costume.

The first 50 people to visit our Uptown Waterloo BIA tent in the Uptown Square will also get a free tote to help them trick or treat!
