Lunchtime Lounge: Art Therapy

Exploring the connections between art, healing and our health, Kristine will discuss art as therapy and some of the ways that the “process” of creative expression can benefit our body, mind and spirit. Participants will have an opportunity to engage in a simple and fun creative group activity!
