An Evening to Celebrate Ken Seiling

Waterloo Region – Community leaders, friends and colleagues will gather Oct. 21 to celebrate the career of Regional Chair Ken Seiling. Ken has dedicated more than 40 years of his life to making Waterloo Region a great place to live and work, including 33 years as Regional Chair.

Tickets for this event are still available. All proceeds will be donated to the new building fund for Hospice of Waterloo Region.

What:            Community organized tribute and retirement reception and dinner for

Regional Chair Ken Seiling.

Where:           Bingemans
425 Bingemans Centre Drive, Kitchener

When:             Sunday, October 21, 2018
5 p.m. – Reception – Ballroom

                        6:30 p.m. – Dinner – Marshall Hall

Who:              The evening will feature messages from former Governor General David Johnston and former Ontario Premier Bob Rae – each paying tribute to Ken Seiling and his tremendous service to Waterloo Region for the past 30-plus years. The evening will be emceed by Neil Aitchison with entertainment provided by local talent, including the KW Philharmonic Choir. The community tribute dinner is open to the public.
