Message from Biggest Loser contestant Michelle

Wow! This has been a crazy experience so far.... Last Tuesday I met with my personal trainer Peter for the first time and he is awesome! Very high energy and very motivating. We concentrated alot on form and breathing techniques for weight lifting because that's the key to being successful. Its really important to use each machine correctly to maximize the results and to target the right muscle groups. The next day I thought that I might not be able to pull my own socks on but each day it gets a bit easier. I look at it this way the more burn the better!
I have been hitting the gym every day even if its just for cardio. Every little bit counts.
 
As far as competition goes that are some real competitors in the group. Adam (aka the prankster) likes to stir up trouble. Our first Saturday together he brought everyone in McDonald's coupons incase we were feeling the need to snack. This Saturday he brought Timbits.... man is he trouble. He is definitely in it to win it!
 
Tonight is our class with Dan. Awesome instructor! He really likes to push you to your limits and has fun doing it too! He does an awesome boxing class that really burns some calories not to mention makes you feel like passing out.
